Abstract

Panelists discuss issues including what the opportunities are for care in the home that exist today and how are organizations are thinking about scaling initiatives?  What are the biggest policy barriers stifling the growth of care in the home and innovative home-based models? What are the recommendations for policymakers? What are the operational limitations that can be addressed through changes in policy? Is the workforce prepared to support the shift to care in the home?
