Telehealth and Medicine Today (THMT) open access international peer reviewed journal examines the value of telehealth and clinical automation, its use and scalable developments, clinical informatics, business process guidance, immersive patient experiences, market research, and the economic impact of digital health innovations that advance value based care across the care continuum. THMT brings practical frontline research and insights to readers, bridging research excellence with real world implementation on topics that matter to clinicians. Original research articles and reviews feature multidisciplinary perspectives from medical, technology, policy, economic, education, and social impact fields. Authors are encouraged to submit outcomes data to demonstrate real world cost efficiencies to enhance affordable, accessible, quality care through virtual and digital treatment modalities.

THMT Volume 9, Issue 2, 2024 extends international content with two research articles from Telemedicon 2023 - Goa, India conference.  The theme of the conference was “Emerging Technologies Connecting the Indian Healthcare System.” An overview from conference committee member and THMT editor Dr. Krishnan Ganapathy is featured. Two articles submitted from conference presentations were accepted to THMT , and published in this issue. These papers were selected by the Telemedicon scientific committee and submitted to THMT for full peer review according to THMT's peer review policy here, by editors on the THMT board. Decisions to accept these manuscripts were not based on editor decisions that were members of the Telemedicon scientific research committee.
